Obituary

David Jon McKee, 74, died May 5, 2012 at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita. He was born February 9, 1938 at Jamestown, Indiana to Gale and Mary (Fallis) Watkins.

He was a 20 year retired U.S. Air Force Tech Sergeant having served in Vietnam and a Wonder Bread truck driver for 20 years.

In 1960 he married Mary Smith at Ingatestone, England, then on June 24, 2000 he married Erma Jean Janzen at Burrton. She survives of the home.

Other survivors: sons, Stuart (Cindy) McKee, Wichita; Adrian (Karen) McKee, Leavenworth; Sean (Sherry), Burrton; daughter, Lisa McKee, Burrton; stepson, Miles (Alice) Warner, California; stepdaughters; Sherry (Sean) McKee, Burrton; Mary Koenig, Salem, Oregon and Tara (Scott) Fessler, Andover; 20 grandchildren and 8 great grand children.

He was preceded by a brother, Terry Fallis.

Services were held May 9 at Burrton Christian Church. Kaufman Funeral Home in Charge of arrangements.
