Glenn Mitchell Hiser

Glenn M. Hiser, 79, Haysville, widower of the late Connie Jane Carter Hiser, former Halstead resident, died September 8, 2007 at VA Regional Medical Center in Wichita.

He was born May 4, 1928 at Nortonville, son of Arthur B. and Helen Emma Mitchell Hiser, Sr. Both are deceased. He married Connie Jane Carter August 18, 1948 t Warrenwburg, Missouri. She died November 19, 1998.

He was a member of Southside Masonic Blue Lodge No. 1114, Bt. Worth, Texas and Scotish Rite and Midian Shrine., both of Wichita.

Survivors include three sons, Steven, Kenneth and Douglas Hiser, all of Wichita; brother, Arthur B. Hiser, Jr. of Dallas, Texas and sister, Doris Watkins, Topeka; 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Bud and Frank Hiser and sisters, Mrynice Moser and Norma Harper.

Graveside service was held September 12 at the Halstead, Kansas Cemetery.
