Obituary

Samuel Edward King, 75, a retired Dotson Construction employee, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007. He was born July 30, 1935 in Springfield, Missouri to Fredrick T. and Nellie Mae King. He loved his family, fishing and camping, playing pitch and his Washington Redskins.

He is survived by his wife, Teresea Rose King of the home; daughters, Pamela and Tomas Gonzalez and Billie McClaflin, all of Arkansas City; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brothers, James Leroy King, Sedgwick; Wayne and Sharon King, Sedgwick; Gary and Joyce King, Haysville; sisters, Emma Briley, Arkansas Cty; Betty Monroe, Arkansas City; Wanda Hanson, Arkansas City.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Percy and To King.

Service was at Hillside Cemetery.
