Obituary

Jean E. Kroeker, 87, died Thursday September 27, 2007 in Newton. She was born May 17, 1920 at Halstead, daughter of Ward M. and Hazel Irene Lehman.

She was married to Ronald Ralph Kroker December 2, 1942 in Halstead. He preceded her in death March 25, 1994.

She was a dressmaker and seamstress in Newton. She was a member of the St. Matthew's Espiscopal Church, Newton.

survivors: daughter Ann and Roy Bolhorst of Santa Clara, California and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Ward Lehman and sister, Marjory Breeden.

Services were held at the church.
