Obituary

Jean M. Mueller, 80, Halstead, died Thursday, June 7, 2007 at Hutchinson Hospital, Hutchinson. She was born October 19, 1926 at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Alonzo and Jennie Douglas DeHaan.

She married Waldo Mueller on December 28, 1956 at Coralville, Iowa. He preceded her in death April 22, 2007.

She was a homemaker and was a member of the First Mennonite Church; Friendship Sunday School Class and EHU, all of Halstead.

Survivors: sons, Chuck (Ruth) Mueller: Allen (Marilyn) Mueller; Dwight (Linda) Mueller and daughter, Shirley (Mark) Rodenberg; 7 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Makayla Anna Mueller.

Graveside services were held June 12 at Halstead Cemetery with Pastor Cleo Koop officiating.
