Obituary

Barbara L. Suderman, wife of David Suderman, former Halstead resident, died August 10. 2007 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita. She was born September 16, 1954 at Portsmouth Virginia Naval Hospital to James and Joanne Braun Flippin.

She married David Suderman April 19. 1997. She was a legal secretary and an accomplished artist who enjoyed sharing her drawings with her friends and family. She enjoyed animals, especially dogs, horses and mules. She volunteered at the Lord's Diner, Wichita and enjkoyed hunting and fishing with here husband.

Other survivors included brothers Mark Flippin (JoAnn), Woodridge, Illinois; David Flippin, Lawrennce and John Flippin, Wichita; sister, Jennifer Flippin, Lawrence; her father and mother-in-law, Robert Suderman, Newton.

Services were held August 14 at Church of the Blessed Sacrement, Wichita. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.
