Peggie J. Sinko Boyle, 60, lost her battle with cancer and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Homestead Assisted Living in Wichita. She was a Burrton resident for three and a half years, formerly of Rose Hill. She was born May 9, 1948 in Friendship, Tennessee to Buck and Jean Sumners, they survive.
Growing up on a farm, she was actively involved in 4-H and Future Homemakers of America. She always had a passion for sewing and baking. She entered and won many baking contests with her recipes. She grew up in faith and was raised Methodist. She was a member of Westside Freewill Baptist Church iin Wichita for 15, years.
After marrying Milton Boyle on November 20, 2004, and moving to Burrton, she began attending the Burrton Methodist Church.
She will always be remembered by her love for others, her passion and love for her children and grandchildreen and her love of Jesus. She often said her smiles were to show everone her love of Jesus.
Survivors: Milton Boyle, Burrton; won, Jim Sinko (Heather) Wichita, Daughter, Angela Green, Mulvane; 3 grandchildren; father, Algie W. Sumners, Pittsburg, Texas; mother, Anna J. Sumners, Paris, Missouri; brothers, Bill Sumners, Ridgecrest, California; Jim Sumners, Plainview, Texas; sister, Shirley Shropshire, Lubbock, Texas.
Services were held at Westside Freewill Baptist church, Wichita. Burial was in Burrton, Kansas cemetery.
