Obituary

Evelyn Faye "Sally" Dick, 82, died October , 2008 at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.

She was born January 6, 1926 at Halstead, the daughter of Jesse David and Muriel Thornhill Lewis. She attended Halstead High School and received her Associate's Degree in nursing from Hesston College in 1976. A resident of Hutchinson for the last 20 years, coming from Halstead, she was a Registered Nurse. She worked at Halstead Hospital, Golden Plains Nursing Home and then retired from Wesley Towers.

She was a member of the Bethany Church of the Nazarene, Hutchinson and Citizen Band of the Potawatomie Indian
Tribe.

Survivors: three sons, Garold, Phoenix, Arizona; Richard, Hutchinson and Robert, Port St. Lucie, Florida; three daughters, Karen Linn, Hutchinson; Ellen Boggs, Turon and Carol Linn, Hutchinson; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Kenneth Dale Dick; brother, Clifford Marion Lewis; sister, Doris Jeaanne Abbott and grandson, Cameron Linn.

Services were held at the church with Pator Darrell Bisel officiating. Burial was in Halstead Cemetery, Halstead.
