Obituary

Edelmira L. Pedrosa, 95, died at Newton Medical Center in Newton on September 28, 2008. She was born March 25, 1913 at San Luis, Potosi, Mexico to Marion and Maria Regalado Vasquez.

On June 29, 2937 she married Raymond Pedrosa in Newton. He died April 20. 1991. She was a membere of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Newton. She worked for Beech Aircraft duriing World War II and for the Pepsi Bottling
Co.

Survivors: daughters, Sylvia Yoder and Mary Jean Hodgkins, Newton; brothers, Robert, Newton, Rudolph, Wichita and Russell, Newton; sisters, Petra Lujano, Belen Terrones and Jovita Nunez, Newton; Teresa Alvarado, Kansas City, Mo. 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.

Services were held at the church with burial In St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Newton.
