Marie A. Golbek, 88, bookeeper for MISCO died April 27, 2009 at Halstead Place Assisted Living Center in Halstead.She was a Sedgwick resident for 61 years prior to moving to Halstead a year ago. She was a member of First Christian Church, Ladies Friendship Circle and Sedgwick Senior Citizens, all of Sedgwick. On August 23, 1941, she married Henry J. Golbek at Independence. He preceded her September 20, 2004.
Survivors: daughters; Elaine (Keith) Sundbye, Halsted and Shirley (Harold) Ragland, Wichita; 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.. She was preceded by a grandson, Ryan Ragland; brothers, George and Bob Fellers; sister, Ruth Feller.
Funeral services were held at the Church on May 1, 2009 in Sedgwick. Burial followed at Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick.
