Olga I. Hensley, 96, homemaker and Avon lady, died Thursday, September 20., 2012 at the Homestead of Halstead Assisted Living Center.
She was born October 13, 1915 at Sedgwick to Walter William and Pearl J. O'Dell Janzen. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Sacred Heart Altar Society.
On September 5, 1934 she married Robert David Hensley at Halstead. He died March 4, 1988.
Sirvivors include: daughter, Sharon (Gene) Irsik, Kearney, ,Missouri; daughter-in-law, Marjorie Hensley, Sedgwick; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sons; James E. and Robert J. Hensley and a brother, Virgil "Bud" Janzen.
Rosary was Monday Septemer 24 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Halstead. Mass of the Christian Burial was Tuesday, September 25 at the Church with Father Stephen Baxter officiating. Burial was at Halstead Cemetery.
