Donald Wayne Walker Jr., 52, Newton, died Friday, November 9, 2012 at Via Christi
Regional Medical Center-St. Francis Campus, Wichita as a result of an automobile accident. He was born January 14, 1960 in Bakersfield, California, the son of Donald and Loretta Moore Walker Sr.
Don had served in the U.S. Army. For several years he had lived in Arkansas City where he worked at the Prairie Land Processing. He moved to Walton in 2003 and into Newton in 2010.
More recently, Don had been a machinist at Moridge Manufacturing in Moundridge.
Survivors: sons, Michael, Donald and Jeremy, all of Newton; daughter, Jeanna Middleton, Wellington; brother, Gregory of Newton; sisters, Debra Johnson and Donna Walker, both of Walton; Mary Walker of Newton and Terri Boisen of Benton, Kansas; and 4 grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday, November 14 at the Broadway Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Walton Cemetery.
