Jared Cone Decision Reversed.  Topeka, Kan., Nov. 9 - Special Telegram - The Supreme Court reversed the celebrated Jared Cone damage suit against the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad.  This suit was tried in the District Court of Wyandotte County, and the jury awarded Mr. Cone $50,000, the full amount asked, and the largest sum ever recovered from a railroad for personal injuries.  This accident occurred in December, 1883, at Newton.  Cone was employed by the Santa Fe as one of the train crew.  The reversal of the case by the Supreme Court sends it back to the District Court of Wyandotte County for re-hearing.
