Rosa L Gates
CATOOSA, Okla. -- Former Newtonian Rosa L. Gates, 84, of Catoosa, Okla. a homemaker, died Monday (March 4, 1991) at Catoosa.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery in Newton.
She was born May 10, 1906, in Neosho Rapids. She married C. N. Gates June 16, 1926, in Emporia. He died in 1958.
Survivors include one son, Leon of Catoosa; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, C E Gates.
Moore Eastlawn Funeral Home, Tulsa, is in charge of arrangements.
The family suggests memorials to the World Mission of the Rolling Hills Christian Church in Catoosa.
