Challender, Olive

Sedgwick Pantagraph

Miss Olive Challender died suddenly February 5, 1911.  She was a teacher in the third room and took sick Thursday and died Sunday afternoon.  Every heart has been made sad, for all knew her and to know her was to love her.  The board has decreed that two days lost, by reason of her funeral, will not be made up, but will be given as a memorial to her.

She attended State Normal and taught in public schools.

Cause of death was a serious attack of tonsilitis.

Survivors: mother, three siblings and a blessed loving memory.  Burial was in Burrton Cemetery beside her father.
