John Stahlheber, age 25, died after surgery in a Wichita Hospital. He was born on the R. H. Brown farm near Halstead in 1886. He was unmarried.
Survivors: mother, 3 brothers, 4 sisters, He was a member of the German Mennonite Church. He had a $1 ,000.00 insurance police with the Brotherhood of American Yeoman. He was a member of the Owls Lodge.
