Marguerite Fink passed away July 17, 2013 at Newton Medical Center, Marguerite Rose McAtee was the third daughter born into a family of seven, four girls and three boys, including twins, on March 2, 1924 in Kansas City, Missouri. She has survived all but her youngest brother.
Marguerite was an R.N., going to Bethany Hospital School of Nursing iin Kansas. She worked at Bethany, then transferred to Fitzsimons Army Hospital in Denver and took Basic Training until World War II ended.
She married Johnnie Fink of Salina on Appril 26, 19146 after he returned from service in Guam. They were married in the home of Nye J. Langmade in Salina.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Johnnie Fink; three daughters, Virginia (Kermit) Iserhardt of Newton; Gerre (Doyle) Gustafson of Edmonds, Washington; Barbara Bowers of Salina; one son, Tim Fink of St. Petersburg, Florida; 9 grandchildren.
She resided at Kansas Christian Home for the past 2 1/2 years.
Services were held July 20 at Newton Bible Church with interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
