Verga Beth Deal, 86, died September 19. 2013 at Buhler Sunshine Meadows Nursing Home in Buhler. She was born November 8, 1926 in Burrton to Edward Franklin and Hattie Elizabeth Haddock Deal. She graduated from Buhler High School in 1945.
At the age of 18 she had worked for a short while at a U.S. Naval base. Verga Beth wa an active member of the Burrton Christian Church, teachiing the Senior Sunday School class.
Survivors include brother, Charles Deal and wife Marianne, Hutchinson and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jay Deal, niece Andrea Deal and lifetime special friend, Jeff Corley.
Funeral service was held September 23 at Burrton Christian Church with burial in the Burrton cemetery.
