Stacey Lee Wolting Tappan, 49, died Sunday, October 20, 2013 at her Newton residence. She was born December 2, 1963 in Newton to Ralph and Leora Wolting in Newton. On April 26, 2003 she married Brian Tappan iin Newton. He survives of the home.
Stacey dreamed of travel and enjoyed crafting with her family amd grandchildren. She was very proud of her family and looked forward to spending time with her sons and their families. She looked forward to growing old together with her husband.
She will be greatly missed by her many friends and will always be thought of with many fond memories by those who knew her. She is now the saint we all knew her to be.
Survivors: husband Brian; son, Erik Mason (Erica) of Maize; Michael Mason of Kansas City; sister, Teresa and Scott Kem, Lenexa; 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and previous husband, Arvin Nottestad.
Services will be Saturday, October 26 at Zion Lutheran Church, Newton. Burial will be inn Greenwood Cemetery, Newton, Kansas.
