OVERLAND PARK -- John E Higgins, 85, formerly of Wichita, died Tuesday (Oct 20, 1992). He was a retired Southwestern Bell Telephone plant service department employee.
Survivors include his wife, Hildred; two daughters, Rebecca Stultz of Englewood, Colo., Cynthia Morton of Leawood; one brother, Dewey of Lyons; one sister, Mary Pletcher of Newton; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary in Wichita.
Memorials have been established with College Hill United Methodist Church and the American Heart Association.
