Gregory Alan Sadowski, 57, died Friday, October 25, 2013 at his home in Wichita Falls, Texas after a lengthy illness. He was born April 24, 1956 in Newton, Kansas, son of Clayton and Rita Cooke Sadowski. He graduated from Newton High School in 1974 and later attended Emporia State College.
After college, Greg worked for several years in the restaurant business at Applegates Landinng in Wichita. He later moved to Wichita Falls, where he worked at Shepard Air Force Base as a jet mechanic for 25 years.
Survivors: parents, Clayton and Rita of Newton; sisters, Gail Sexton (Mitch) of New Orleans, Louisiana and Gina Crowley (Kelly) of Charleston, S. C.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Tuesday evening, October 29,. Mass of Christian Burial will be October 30 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Newton. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
