Linda Delia (Box) Freed
VALLEY CENTER -- Linda Delia (Box)
Freed, 48, second grade school teacher for USD 262, died Thursday
(May 28, 1998) at Valley Center.
She was born April 3, 1950, in Columbus
to Doyle and Irene F. Box. She married Michael Ray Freed on Sept. 9,
1970, in Valley Center. He survives.
Other survivors include: two sons,
Jonathan Michael Freed of Lawrence and Jed Alan Freed of the home;
one daughter, Jana Lorene Hogan of Valley Center; one sister, Barbara
Gibson of Topeka; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m.
Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Valley Center with the
Revs. Charles Curtis and Dale Lewis and Dr. Tal Tittsworth
officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Newton.
Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Baker Funeral Home in
Valley Center.
