Wanda L. Neeld
Wanda L. Neeld, 82, 1035 S.E. Third,
died Friday (June 5, 1998) at Kansas Christian Home where she was a
resident. She was born March 28, 1916, in Ft. Wayne, Ind., to Walter
and Grace (Potter) Bowman.
She was a member of First Christian
Church of Newton. She was a retail clerk. She had been a resident of
Newton for 15 years and moved in 1989 to Kansas Christian Home.
Survivors include: an aunt, Harriett
Kirkwood of New Mexico; a cousin, Ruth Moyer of New Mexico; a niece,
Sherry Sharp of Newton; a nephew, Gary Curteman of Branson, Mo.; and
a sister-in-law, Pauline Curteman.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m.
Monday at Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. MyCherie Zimmerman of
First Christian Church of Newton officiating.
Visitation is from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday
at Petersen Funeral Home.
Memorials have been established with
the Fellowship of John at Kansas Christian Home in care of the
funeral home.
