Mildred Lentz Foiles
SAN MARCOS, Calif. -- Mildred Lentz
Foiles, 83, former Halstead resident, died Aug. 8, 1998, at Tri City
Medical Center in Oceanside, Calif.
She was born March 30, 1915, in
Halstead to David and Anna M. (Wagner) Lentz. She married Kyle Foiles
on June 9, 1935, in Halstead. He preceded her in death April 10,
1990.
She was a 1933 graduate of Halstead
High School. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Lutheran
Church in Vista, Calif.
Survivors include: a brother-in-law,
Ross Foiles and nephew, Robert Foiles, both of Newton. Other
survivors include: two sons, Daniel Foiles of Salina and Keith Foiles
of Oceanside, Calif.; two daughters, Abbie Belvins of Marshall,
Texas, and Anna Marie Critz of Encinitas, Calif.; 12 grandchildren;
18 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous
other nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were Aug. 12 at
Oceanside Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Robert Wagner officiating.
Burial was in Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside.
