Della Hattie Roth
WHITEWATER -- Della Hattie Roth, 99,
homemaker, died Saturday (Sept. 12, 1998) at Whitewater.
She was born June 27, 1899, in Ransom
to Henry and Lydia (Ummel) Rutschman. She married Willie Roth on Feb.
12, 1920, in Whitewater. He preceded her in death May 21, 1997.
She was a member of the Swiss Church in
Whitewater.
Survivors include: four sons, Wilbur
Roth of Whitewater, M. Dean Roth of Woodstock, N.H., Lynn Roth of
Wamego and Alan Roth of Overland Park; one daughter, Lois Clinesmith
of Whitewater; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one
great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday at Swiss Church with Pastors Dale Janzen and Arnold Ensz
officiating. Burial will be in the Swiss Church Cemetery. Friends may
call from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday with family greeting friends
from from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bob Lamb Funeral Home in
Whitewater.
Memorials have been established with
Wheat State Manor and Swiss Church, both of Whitewater in care of the
funeral home.
