Karl B. Wiebe
ABERDEEN, Idaho -- Karl B. Wiebe, 86,
died Saturday (Oct. 3, 1998) at Good Samaritan Home in Idaho Falls,
Idaho.
He was born Jan. 19, 1912, in Newton to
Henry B. and Katie (Enz) Wiebe. He married Frieda Isaak June 25,
1940. She preceded him in death.
He was a member of the First Mennonite
Church in Aberdeen. He had been a farmer most of his life, but also
worked as a state potato inspector for J.R. Simplot Co., in Aberdeen
in the potato processing plant during the later years of his life. He
retired at the age of 80.
Survivors include: two sons, Howard
Wiebe and Charles Wiebe of Aberdeen, Idaho; two daughters, Doris
Kohlenberg of Argonia and Carol Borger of Rapid City, S.D.; one
brother, Henry E. Wiebe of North Newton; and one sister, Elsie R. Epp
of Newton; He also was preceded in death by his parents; two
brothers, Walter H. Wiebe and Willard W. Wiebe; and two sisters,
Esther Becker and Florence Nickel.
Funeral services are pending at this
time. Burial will be in the Homestead Cemetery in Aberdeen, Idaho.
