Harold G. Lowe
WALTON -- Harold G. Lowe, 78, of Walton
died Thursday (Nov. 5, 1998) at Schowalter Villa in Hesston.
He was born Nov. 7, 1919, in Newton to
Earl G. and Frances (Griffith) Lowe.
He was a farmer, retiring in November
1985, and was a member of Walton Methodist Church. He was a member of
the Golden Plains School Board and also USD 373 school board, was a
past ER of Elks Club and a Township Trustee for eight years. He
enjoyed gardening, farming, yard work, dogs and cars.
Survivors include one son, Jim Lowe of
The Colony, Texas; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his
parents.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at
Petersen Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be conducted by Newton's
B.P.O.E. No. 706.
Memorials may be made to the donor's
choice.
