Rosa Mae Regier
HESSTON -- Rosa Mae Regier, 96,
homemaker, died Saturday (Nov. 14, 1998) at Newton Medical Center.
She was born May 3, 1902, in McPherson
County to Henry and Caroline (Seehaver) Steiner. She married Herbert
F. Regier April 17, 1921, in Moundridge. He preceded her in death
Dec. 2, 1975.
She was a McPherson County resident,
except for 22 years when she lived in Conway, Mo. She moved to
Hesston in 1974 from Missouri.
Survivors include: four daughters,
Berneice Stadalman of San Antonio, Margie Huxman of Hesston, Jane
Wedel of Grove, Okla., and Dee Davis of Minneapolis; 14
grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one
great-great-grandchild. She also was preceded in death by two
sisters, Neva Steiner and Mable Vogt.
Funeral services were today at Miller
Funeral Home in Hesston with the Rev. Harold Thieszen officiating.
Burial was in the West Zion Mennonite Cemetery in Moundridge.
