Vada Ray Wilborn
Vada Ray Wilborn, 92, homemaker, died
Tuesday (Nov. 17, 1998) at Newton Medical Center.
She was born June 18, 1906, in Missouri
to Oscar Newton Lockard and Effie Belle (Conyers) Lockard. She
married James Parker Wilborn. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one daughter,
Shirlene Hall of Newton; five grandchildren; and 10
great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by one grandson,
three brothers and one sister.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m.
Saturday at Greenwood Cemetery in Newton with Chaplin Carolyn Swartz
officiating. Friends may call from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at
Lakeview in Wichita.
