Alberta Wright
Alberta Wright, 66, 1013 Boyd Ave.,
homemaker, died Thursday (Dec. 17, 1998) at Friendly Acres Retirement
Community.
She was born April 8, 1932, in
Henrietta, Okla., to Hobart and Gladys (Liscomb) McClellan. She
married Floyd E. Wright Oct. 5, 1956, in Ponca City, Okla. He
survives of the home.
She was a member of the Second Baptist
Church in Ponca City.
Other survivors include: two sons,
Antoine Roland and Keith Wright, both of Wichita; three daughters,
Andrea Christine Hollis and Alberta Mathews, both of Newton, and
Robin Roland of Wichita; six brothers, Ernest McClellan of Newton,
Fredrick McClellan of Tulsa, Okla., Billy Joe McClellan and Joseph
McClellan, both of Los Angeles, Oliver McClellan of Dallas and
Richard McClellan of Ponca City, Okla.; four sisters, Dee Ritdau of
Ponca City, Okla., Artist Garrett of Kansas City, Mo., Emily Christ
of Tulsa, Okla., and Wilma Watkins of San Francisco.
Funeral services are pending and will
be announced later by Broadway Colonial Funeral Home.
