Marjorie E. Hamm

Marjorie E. Hamm, 49, 1413 Willow Rd., of Newton, homemaker, died Monday (Feb. 22, 1999) at Via Christi Regional Medical Center, St. Francis Campus. She was born March 4, 1949, in Newton to Irvin and Lorene (Sebrant) Koehn. They survive of Newton. She married Clinton Hamm May 4, 1984, in Newton. He survives of Newton. She was a member of American Diabetes Association. She enjoyed flower gardening, home decorating and pets. Other survivors include: one brother, Lacy Koehn of Newton; and one sister, Maxine Greer of Newton. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Durham Baptist Church in Durham with the Rev. Richard Curtis officiating. Burial will be in the Durham Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday with family greeting friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Petersen Funeral Home. Memorials have been established with Via Christi Regional Medical Center St. Francis Transplant Program or American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
