Ann Parker, 65, of Newton, died at home December 13, 20113. She was born to George and Lois Kirkham Parker on June 26, 1948 in Fairview, Oklahoma. Christina graduated from Nursing School in May of 1994.
She spent her life serving and caring for other people. She also devoted her life to spoiling her family, especialy her grandchildren. She wa an active member in her church and enjoyed attending small group Bible studies.
Survivors: two daughters, Christie and John Horn and Monica Schale, both of Newton; sisters Geraldiine and Kenny Pickard of Brookings, South Dakota; Linda and Ralph Bland of Oxford, Kansas and Lori and Greg Robertson of Parsons, Kansas; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
A celebrarion of life service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Petersen Funeral Home.
