Dale Edward White, 92, died at Schowalter Villa on Tuesdy, March 25, 2014. He was born in Newton on April 22, 1921 to Elmer and Sadie Byler White. He married WilmaR. Tangeman on July 12, 1941 in rural Newton. They were married for 64 years until her death in 2004.
Dale was a farmer in rural Newton and was a member of Highland Trinity United Church of Christ. He lived at his residence until the last eight years when he moved toSchowalter Villa in Hesston.
Survivors: sons, Daniel and Karen White; James and Rebecca White; daughter, Carolea and Kenneth Hower; 3 grandchildren;4 step grandchildren and one great grandchilddren and one step grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma White; parents, Elmer and Sadie White; 5 brothers and 5 sisters.
A memorial service will be March 29, 2014 at the Church. Graveside commital will be at Highland Triniity United Church of Christ Cemetery.
