DoraLee M. Miller
DoraLee M. Miller, 69, retired
maintenance and housekeeper at Prairie View in Newton, died Wednesday
(May 26, 1999) at her home in Newton.
She was born Sept. 8, 1929, in Russell
to Jacob and Hannah (Deines) Flegler. She married Irvin H. Miller
Dec. 22, 1953, in Otis. He survives of the home.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran
Church in Newton. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, embroidery and
polka dancing.
Other survivors include: two sons,
Jerry Miller of Newton and Gary Miller of McPherson; two daughters,
Laura Ulmer and Elissa Patton, both of Newton; two brothers, Clarence
Flegler and Vernon Dean Flegler, both of Russell; eight
grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m.
Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. Ron Gloe officiating.
Burial will be in the Restlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today
with family greeting friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hillside
Funeral Home Newton.
Memorials have been established with
Central Homecare and Hospice in care of the funeral home.
