Nancy L. Dellenbaugh
Nancy L. Dellenbaugh, 40, 325 E. Third,
certified medical technician at Kansas Christian Home for 18 years as
CNA and CMA, died Wednesday (June 30, 1999) at Newton Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 13, 1958, in Arkansas
City to Melvin Leon and Dorothy Myrl (Blenden) Dellenbaugh. They
survive of Newton.
She was a member of Arkansas City
Presbyterian Church in Arkansas City. She attended Jefferson School
in Arkansas City until 1969, and then in Albuquerque, N.M. She moved
to Newton in 1971, where she graduated from Newton High School in
1976. She also attended Emporia State College and was a graduate of
Central Business College in Wichita. She was the State of New Mexico
Cystic Fibrosis poster child in 1970.
She enjoyed playing softball and
volleyball in her earlier years and later attending sport functions.
She also enjoyed cooking, baking and traveling.
Other survivors include: one brother,
Lane Dellenbaugh of Walton; and two sisters, Sharry Hicks and Kathy
Watson, both of Arkansas City. She was preceded in death by one
brother, Kent Alan Dellenbaugh.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m.
Saturday at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Jim Anderson and
Chaplain Carolyn Schwarz from Kansas Christian Home officiating.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Petersen Funeral
Home.

Kansas Christian Home Fellowship of John, First Presbyterian Church
or Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in care of the funeral home.
