Kristal Linn Radford
POWHATTAN -- Kristal Linn Radford, 24,
former Newton resident, student at American Academy of Hair Design in
Topeka and waitress, died Saturday (Aug. 7, 1999) one mile North of
Baker Road on U.S. 75 as a result of an automobile accident.
She was born July 16, 1975, in Newton
to Craig and Carla (Bryant) Lay. She married Mark Radford May 14,
1994, in Horton. He survives of Powhattan.
She was a member of Wesleyan Church in
Sabetha.
Other survivors include: one daughter,
Gabrielle Desiree Radford of the home; three sons, Nicholas
Alexander, Mark Radford and Brendon James Radford, all of the home;
mother and step-father, Carla and James Hall of Powhattan; father,
Craig Lay of Kansas City, Mo.; four brothers, Corey Lay of Hiawatha,
Michael Lay of Powhattan and Kyle Lay and Jason Lay, both of Kansas
City, Mo.; two sisters, Amie Hall of Lincoln, Neb., and Clarissa Hall
of Powhattan; maternal grandparents, Ward and Cora King of Hiawatha;
and paternal grandparents, Stuart and Selena Lay of Newton.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m.
Tuesday at Wesleyan Church in Sabetha. Burial will be in the Morrill
Cemetery in Morril.
Family will greet friends from 7 to
8:30 p.m. today at Dison-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton.
Memorials for Kristal Radford will be
designated later.
