Betty Jo Koehn
Betty Jo Koehn, 74, 100 Southport, died
Thursday (Aug. 12, 1999) at Newton Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 20, 1925, in Kaw
City, Okla., to Jack and Ruth (Calvert) Harden. She married Dale
Koehn Oct. 8, 1942, in Halstead. He preceded her in death Dec. 24,
1994.
She was a member of Church of God in
Newton.
Survivors include: three sons, Cecil
Koehn of Newton and David D. Koehn and Terry Koehn, both of Wichita;
two daughters, Peggy Jo Eason and Vicki Friesen, both of Newton; one
brother, Jimmy Benbrook of Halstead; one sister, Doris Gray of
Newton; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She also was
preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m.
Monday at Halstead Cemetery with Pastor Mack McGuire from Church of
the Nazarene in Park City officiating.
Memorials have been established with
Donor's Choice in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
