Ethel Jennie Hannemann Magnuson
SEDGWICK -- Ethel Jennie Hannemann
Magnuson, 90, of Sedgwick, homemaker, died Saturday (Aug. 14, 1999)
at Sedgwick Healthcare Center.
She was born June 28, 1909, in Lincoln
County to Benjamin and Eulia (Reich-Lick) Hannemann. She married
Robert F. Magnuson June 28, 1935, in Salina. He preceded her in
death.
She was a graduate of Smolan High
School and Brown Mackie Business College in Salina. She was a
Methodist Church member. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and baking.
Survivors include: one daughter, Rita
Kunkle of Sedgwick; one sister, Lelia Porter of Wichita; and one
step-brother, Marvin Lick of Arkansas City. She also was preceded in
death by two brothers, Archie Hannemann and infant brother Hugo
Hannemann.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m.
Wednesday at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Deedee Evans,
Chaplain of Hospice Inc., in Wichita officiating. Burial will be in
the Rosehill Cemetery in Lindsborg.
Friends may call until 9 p.m. today, 9
a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Petersen Funeral
Home.

Hospice Inc. in Wichita in care of the funeral home.
