Marian 'Berry' Ralph
Marian "Berry" Ralph, 84,
1200 E. Seventh, homemaker, died Sunday (Aug. 22, 1999) at
Presbyterian Manor in Newton.
She was born Dec. 12, 1914, in Newton
to Burt W. and Lila (Fossey) Welsh. She married Harold Ralph Oct. 6,
1990, in Newton. He preceded her in death June 19, 1994.
She was a member of Newton Presbyterian
Church and various organizations. She enjoyed bridge clubs.
Survivors include: one daughter, Janet
L. Myers of El Dorado; two sons, Max H. Schroeder of Boulder, Colo.,
and Jay H. Schroeder of California; one brother, David Welsh of
California; one sister, Dorthea Miller of Wellington; six
grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be
at 11 a.m. Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery with Chaplain Charles
Kaufman from Presbyterian Manor officiating. Friends may call until 9
p.m. today at Petersen Funeral Home.
Memorials have been established with
Central Homecare and Hospice in care of the funeral home.
