Enola Mae Tangeman Dreier, 85, died April 6, 2014 at Schowalter Villa in Hesston. She was born June 3, 1928 to Carl H. and Carrie Grabil Tangeman. She graduated from Newton High School in 1946.
On November 28, 1947 she married Nelson E. Dreier in Newton. They were married for 62 years until his death in December of 2009. Enola was an avid gardener, baker and farm wife, living on the family farm eastt of Hesston for 61 years before moving to Schowalter Villa in 2008.
Survivors: daughters, Connie Selzer, Judy (Bob) Young; Cindy Russ) Frey, all of Hesston; son, Tim Dreier, Bozeman, Montana; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Wilma White; brother, Edwin Tangeman and two granddaughters, Crystal Young and Tina Young.
Burial will be April 11, 2014 at Highland Cemetery. A celebration of Life will be at Highland Trinity UCC, rural Newton April 10.
