Jay D. Pulaski

Jay D. Pulaski, 35, 301 S. Main, pressman for Graphic Images Inc. for four years, died Tuesday (Oct. 26, 1999) at Newton Medical Center.

He was born Feb. 19, 1964, in Wichita to John D. and Myrna R. (Beaushaw) Pulaski. His father survives of Victoria, Texas, and his mother survives of Newton.

He lived in Newton for 15 years.

Other survivors include: one son, Mathew J. Pulaski of Newton; two daughters, Amanda Lynn Pulaski and Ashley Marie Pulaski, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; and three sisters, Kristina R. Tacy and Korena S. Martin, both of Newton and Katrina Pulaski of Salina.

Funeral services will be announced later by Petersen Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Keating from First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Friends may call until 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials have been established with Jay Pulaski Family in care of Midland National Bank in Newton.
