Patricia A. Young, 57, retired from
Charlie's Restaurant in Newton, died Sunday (Jan. 30, 2000) at her
residence in Newton.
She attended Meridian Baptist Church in
Newton. She was a member of Elvis Presley Fan Club and an avid
collector of Elvis Presley memorabilia. She was a 30 year resident of
Newton.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday
at Meridian Baptist Church in Newton with the Rev. Jerroll Martens
officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorials have been established with
Meridian Baptist Church in care of Petersen Funeral Home.

Patricia A. Young, 57, retired employee
from Charlie's Restaurant in Newton, died Sunday (Jan. 30, 2000) at
her residence in Newton.
She was born March 29, 1942, in
Trousdale to John E. and Pauline A. (Petars) Martin. She married
Robert "Bob" Lee Young Jan. 18, 1959, in Peabody. He
preceded her in death Nov. 13, 1993.
She attended Meridian Baptist Church in
Newton. She was a member of the Elvis Presley Fan Club and an avid
collector of Elvis Presley memorabilia. She was a 30 year resident of
Newton.
Survivors include: two sons, Danny L.
Young of Goessel and Robert E. Young of Newton; one brother, John
Martin of Washington; four sisters, Carol Baker of Kansas, Phyllis
Duval of Texas, and Jeannette Ferrari and Virginia Przepiorski, both
of California; and six grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by her
parents.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday
at Meridian Baptist Church in Newton with the Rev. Jerroll Martens
officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursday at Petersen Funeral Home.
