Dr. Lee Shriver 'Jack' Fent II
Dr. Lee Shriver "Jack" Fent
II, 55, of Newton, pediatrician at Wichita Clinic Bethel, died Monday
(Feb. 7, 2000) at his residence in Newton.
He was born July 7, 1944, in Wichita to
Dr. Lee Shriver and Selma (Unruh) Fent. They survive of Newton. He
married Cindy Hill Nov. 16, 1969, in Newton. She survives of Newton.
He was a member of American Academy of
Pediatrics and former president and board member of Early Childhood
Development Center in Hays. He practiced in Hays for 19 years before
moving to Newton in 1993.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Other survivors include: two daughters,
Laura Diane Fent of Wichita and Lanya Eileen Fent of Los Angeles; and
two sisters, Jan Johnson of Parkville and Jill Thompson of Wichita.
There will be no services or
visitations.
Memorials have been established with
Early Childhood Development Center in Hays or Kansas Department of
Wildlife and Parks Wild Trust in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
