Timothy L. O'Neal
Timothy L. O'Neal, 43, 901 E. 11th,
died Sunday (March 5, 2000) at Via Christi Regional Medical Center,
St. Francis Campus in Wichita.
He was born Jan. 6, 1957, in St.
Joseph, Mo., to Cecil F. and Ola Mae (Shirley) O'Neal. He married
Reyna Shockley Oct. 7, 1999, in Newton. She survives of Newton.
He served in the U.S. Marines. He
worked on a river board in St. Joseph, before moving to Newton.
Other survivors include: one son,
Christopher O'Neal of St. Joseph, Mo.; two daughters, Tahasha O'Neal
and Tabetha O'Neal, both of St. Joseph, Mo.; five brothers, Glen
O'Neal, Carl Roberts, Charles McGee and Tom Bundy, all of St. Joseph,
Mo., and Tom Hurt of Newton; two step sons, Trenton Shockley and
Israel Shockley, both of Newton; two step daughters, Chastity
Shockley and Serenity Shockley, both of Newton; and three sisters,
Vivian Nelson and Sandra Evans, both of St. Joseph, Mo., and Verene
Krause of Marshall, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his
parents; three brothers, Richard McGee, Harold O'Neal and John
O'Neal; and one sister, Vocile Portnier.
There will be no services or
visitations.
Memorials have been established with
American Cancer Society in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
