Mildred Louise Talbott Huebert, 79, retired USD 440 Halstead-Bentley Elementary School teacher, died Saturday, August 23, 2014 at her home in Halstead.
She was born October 25, 1934 in Halstead to Henry and Anna Christine Talbott.
She was a member of the First Mennonite Church in Halstead and Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 5, Newton.
On July 5, 1953 she married James P. Huebert at Halstead. He survives. Other survivors include sons; Douglas (Susan) Huebert, David (Denise) Huebert, all of Halstead; Billl (Angie) Huebert, Ponca City, Oklahoma; sister, Irene (Cliff) Sommerfeld, Newton; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers: Edgar and John Talbott and sisters; Rosada Tomak-Janda and Verna Lee Hills.
A memorial service willl be Wednesday, Deptember 3 at 11:00 a.m. at First Mennonite Church with Pastor Brian Harmon offiiating.
Memorialls may be given to Caring Hands Humane Society or New Medical Center in care of Kaufman Funeral Home.
