Obituary

Carol Dugan 66, died Tuesday September 16, 2014 at Newton Medical Center. She was born August 11, 1948 in Carthage, Missouri. Carol loved her family and friends.

She is survived by her sister Meta Blue of Hastings, NE; Judy Lewis of Warsaw, MO; and Patti Carter of Newton, KS; Carol is preceded in death by her parents Walter H. Dugan and EstherKnight Dugan and her brothers Walter R. Dugan, James Dugan and Connie Dugan.

A memorial service will be held at Asbury Park in Newton, Kansas on September 20 at 10:30 a.m.
