Obituary

Michelle D. Harrington, 47, passed away Oct. 11, 2014, at the Newton Medical Center, Newton.

She was born Oct. 3, 1967, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Donald and Sharon Dyck Ratzloff. She graduated from Buhler High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She attended the First Mennonite Church, Newton, Grace Community Church, Newton, Buhler Mennonite Church, Buhler, and had volunteered with the Mennonite Voluntary Service.

On Sept. 21, 1991, she married Mark Harrington at Buhler. She is survived by her husband, Mark of Newton; two daughters, Sarah Anne Harrington, Newton, and Erin Faye Harrington of Newton; her parents, Don and Sharon Ratzloff of Buhler; one sister, Melissa Jo (Rick) Daley of Hutchinson; one niece, LouAnn Dyche of Hutchinson; one nephew, Colton Lane Dyche of Pratt; and mother-in-law, Irene Harrington of Hot Springs, South Dakota. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

There will be no visitation. Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Buhler Mennonite Church with Pastor Willmar Harder officiating.
