Obituary

Charles W. Priddy, 78, died October 19, 2014 at Asbury Park in Newton.

He was born May 30, 1936 to Laurence and Bulah (Rodgers) Priddy in Ripley, Oklahoma.

Survivors include: wife, Wanda Priddy of Newton; son, Kirk Shields-Priddy of Langley, B.C.; daughter, Keresa (Paul) Britton of Halstead; sisters, Laura Mae Woodward of Moore, Oklahoma, Jean Stiemke of Moore, Oklahoma, Melinda Milinkovich of Stillwater, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.  Predeceased by daughter in law, Sara Shields – Priddy, sisters, Naomi Maxine Priddy, Joy Evelyn Yeager, brother, Laurence Henry Jr.

Celebration of Life will be Friday, October 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at First Mennonite Church in Halstead officiated by Pastor Brian Harmon and Reverend Scott Berry.  Memorials to DeSoto Youth Ministries in care of Jost Funeral Home P.O. Box 266 HIllsboro, Kansas 67063.
