Dan Burrton Hale, a carpenter before he became helpless by paralysis was born in Burrton iin 1872. He was 42 years old. He lived in Wisconsin from 18882 to 1884, returning to Burrton.
He married Euphema Carey in 1897. Seven children, five girls and two boys were born to this union. He had four brothers and two sisters; four half brothers and sisters. For the last six years of his life he was a helpless paralytic.
Funeral was at the Christia Church with burial ii Burrton Cemetery.
