FLORENCE -- Elizabeth Ann Anderson, 82,
owner of LaVogue Beauty Shop, died Sunday (Sept. 29, 2002) at St.
Luke Hospital in Marion.
She was born Nov. 2, 1919, to Samuel O. and
Clara (Nelson) Yetley in Rosalia. They preceded her in death. She
married Joy Dixon Anderson Jr. Aug. 13, 1949, in Wichita. He preceded
her in death Nov. 18, 1980.
She was the owner of LaVogue Beauty Shop
in Newton for 30 years. She enjoyed traveling and cooking. Survivors
include a niece, Dorothy D'elia of Stockbridge, Ga.
Visitation will be until 5 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Petersen Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. James Anderson of First United Presbyterian Church officiating.
Memorials have been established with Newton Presbyterian Manor in care of the funeral home.
